Recovered from a buried kauri stump in Northland under MPI-approved milling, slabs from this digging site have been carbon-dated at approximately 45,000–50,000 years old. This piece has been air-dried for over 10 years, then kiln-dried and lightly sanded to ensure excellent stability, grain clarity, and long-term performance.
